The video is to introduce how to write a paragraph in an essay or paper.
1. The first sentence is the central idea of the paragraph. One paragraph only has one idea. It is a general thesis statement.
2. The rest of the paragraph is the details that directly relate to the main idea. Details include the reasons why you think the thesis statement is important and the examples to support your perspective.
3. For IELT, TOEFL, SAT test, 4 or 5 sentences should be your limit.
4. Avoid repetition in one paragraph.
